John Stefano,
Managing Partner
John Stefano is a dually licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker in Colorado and North Carolina. John specializes in off-market infill/urban land, covered-land for development and industrial, covered land investment.
A native of New York State, John splits his time between Centennial, Colorado and Charlotte, North Carolina as the Managing Partner of the real estate development fund at Centennial Real Estate Partners.
He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a BSBA in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship In winter, you can find John and his family on the slopes in Colorado. He’s an avid marathoner, enjoys attending music festivals and is a fundraiser for Autism Speaks and the Autism Self-Advocacy Network.
Matthew Taufoou,
Associate Broker & Acquisitions Director
A former college football player and coach at California Polytechnic State and Iowa State University, Matthew comes from an NFL family and never quits!
Prior to joining Centennial Real Estate Partners, Matthew was an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap where he advised on multifamily acquisitions and dispositions.
Matthew now heads Centennial Real Estate Partners land acquisitions and sourcing program.
